These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.juler.co and any related services, tools, or applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Use of Our Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Juler reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
When you upload or submit images, sketches, or custom design instructions (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Juler a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify it solely to fulfill your order or provide the requested Service.
All other content on Juler, including designs, images, text, logos, software, and product concepts, is owned by LEV Group Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. AI and Rendering Tools
If you use Juler’s AI-powered or design-generation tools, you agree that:
Generated images and designs are provided “as is” for creative visualization.
Juler is not responsible for differences between renderings and final manufactured pieces.
AI outputs are for design reference only and may not be identical to the final product.
6. Pricing and Modifications
All pricing is displayed in the currency specified on the site and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability to you or third parties.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Custom and personalized jewelry orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Juler. Non-custom items may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and all related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our Services. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juler and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order or Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juler, LEV Group Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
